This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 76.171.231.104 (talk) at 01:21, 16 October 2013 (the word "Shutdown" appears nowhere in the entire article; if it's an actual common term used to refer to the '75 govt crisis, fine, but if not, leave it out). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Government shutdown, in American politics, refers to a temporary halt in government services when lawmakers cannot pass the necessary funding measures in time.
