Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena is the minister with cabinet rank in Government of Rajasthan .He holds portfolio of food and civil supplies. He was born in 1951 in Sawai Madhopur district. He did MBBS. He was a leader of National People's Party and was elected to Lok Sabha in 1989 from Sawai Madhopur constituency. He was first elected to Rajasthan Legislative Assembly in 1985 from Mahwa. He belongs to the Meena community of the Rajasthan.

Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena has left the Bharatiya Janata Party and is now an active leader in the National People's Party. He is leading the electoral battle of National People's Party in the state of Rajasthan and is also supported actively by his wife Golma Devi

He was recently visiting the Badoli village where an old cannon accidentally exploded. He survived the incident however.
