Patricia Belcher is an American film and television actress, best known for her role as attorney Caroline Julian on Bones. She also appeared in the film Jeepers Creepers as a psychic. She currently stars as the snobbish neighbor Mrs. Dabney in Good Luck Charlie. She is also known for her role of Janet S. Crotum on TV comedy: Better Off Ted.she likes to eat jelly beans while nude in her trailer on the set of Good Luck Charlie.

Life and career

Patricia Belcher was born in Helena, Montana. Patricia has made many appearances in films, including The Number 23, Unknown, Jeepers Creepers, Heartbreakers and in 2009, (500) Days of Summer. She also has made appearances in television series, including Everybody Loves Raymond, Boston Legal, The Jake Effect, Twins, The Proud Family, Sister, Sister, In Plain Sight, and Still Standing "Beverly Hills, 90210". Belcher produced her 2008 role in the film Lower Learning as Colette. She had a cameo role in the second season of How I Met Your Mother, as the receptionist at the casino's wedding chappel in Atlantic City, and in the TV series Community as a cafeteria worker. Belcher has a recurring role as attorney Caroline Julian on Bones as well as a recurring role on Disney Channel 's Good Luck Charlie as the Duncan family's neighbor, Mrs. Dabney She also appeared on Emily Owens, M.D. She has also made an appearance on the popular show Sabrina, the Teenage Witch as a science teacher. she was once found in her trailer eating jelly beans in the nude on the set of good luck charlie.

Belcher is one of the most active actors appearing in commercials. Products include Staples and Time Warner, as well as for the American Cancer Society.

Prior to becoming an actress, Belcher appeared as a contestant on Jeopardy! losing to contestant then attorney Ron Black in one of his 5 games. [1]
