Stacey Hollywood (born Stacie Dean, July 3rd, 1968) is an American transexual woman, actor, model, and well-known club personality due to her involvement in the gay club scene, specifically in West Hollywood's LGBT community during the 90's where she became a prominent fixture of the nightlife, hosting full-to-capacity nights at Club Arena.

Stacey Hollywood is the featured subject in Parris Patton's 1999 documentary "Creature", an in-depth look at the young life of this transexual woman, who grew up in rural North Carolina. The film follows her over four years and includes interviews with her conservative Christian parents.
