This article deals with Pejibaye and its surrounding area. Pejibaye is a small town in the district of Pejibaye along the Pejibaye river in Jimenez, Costa Rica. Roughly one hour South of Turrialba and two hours East of Cartago Pejibaye is an emerging ecotourism site in Costa Rica. The town lies in a valley between the La Marta wildlife refuge and Tapanti national park.
