Utan is an all vegetable dish of the Philippines that is served over rice. It consists of leaves of Moringa oleifera known in the Philippines as Kamunggay, Marungay and Malunggay, Okra, a Filipino pumpkin called Calabasa, Basella alba known there as Alugbati, eggplant known as "talong, ginger, tomatoes, and additionally may contain onions", bitter melon and young Luffa.
