Gorwel Ltd
Gorwel Ltd is a centre right think tank based in Cardiff, Wales. Gorwel is an independent, non-party Welsh think tank whose defined mission is to set out a better way to deliver public services and economic prosperity in Wales. It was established in 2012 by among others David Melding AM and Professor Russell Deacon. The name Gorwel is the Welsh word for horizon[1]. The current president is David Melding AM. The think tank is catagorised as centre right. Gorwel is managed by a cross-party committee.
Gorwel’s aim and mission
Gorwel have established the following three central aims which are centred around developing new ideas for the Welsh public sector and economy. Gorwel maintain a website which provides information on their past and current activities.
