Neil Sanderson is the drummer of the Canadian rock band Three Days Grace.

Mr. Sanderson is a Peterborough, Ontario native. Mr. Sanderson and his band Three Days Grace have played many times at the Gordon Best Theatre and recently with Nickelback at the Peterborough Memorial Centre in Peterborough. He has also played music in many other cities, likely Toronto, and maybe a couple times in the United States.

He is also a noted philanthropist.

His first self titled album reached the Canadian Top Ten, the top 100 of the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart, and number-one on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart.

He is currently touring internationally spreading the message featured on his second album, One-X. The music on his second album features themes dealing with personal identity, effectively dealing with relationships, and also raises questions concerning the existence of fate on the track “Time of Dying” where the lead singer Adam Gontier suggests the possibility of choosing one’s own free will to overcome death.
