Jason Randolph Johnston (born July 10, 1979 in McAllen, TX) is an American artist, photographer, independent filmmaker and Christian.
Life and career
Mr. Johnston was a photographer for the PSJA High School newspaper publication The Bear's Tale during his junior and senior years in high school. His freelance career began in 1997 with the purchase of his first camera: a Canon EOS Rebel XS 35mm film camera. Later, he would work at various advertising houses and the marketing departments of local television affiliates.
Since March 2010, Johnston has served as the photographer at Texas State Technical College in Harlingen,_Texas. He occasionally freelances as a Director_of_photography, video editor, camera operator, Film_director, writer and voice-over artist. He is also the sole proprietor of Fifty Oars Motion Pictures, a Production_company.
Personal life
Johnston lives in Edinburg,_TX and enjoys playing the piano, singing and various arts. His favorite movie, band and dessert are Jaws, Led Zeppelin and milk chocolate, respectively.
