German Alejandro Garmendia Aranis, (born 25 April 1990) known as HolaSoyGerman,[1] is a Chilean YouTube comedian from Santiago, Chile.[2] As of May 2014, his YouTube channel has over seventeen million subscribers, ranking him as one of the top subscribed YouTube channels on YouTube.[3] German has create a new channel called Juegagerman where he plays video games he started playing slender he uploaded games like minecraft , the walking dead people says that he use bots but in one of his videos of Hola soy germán he says that the doesnt use bots. To conclude he has a band called Feeling Every sunset , at the end of the videos of Hola soy germán he use the music from his band Broken heart
Early life
German was born in Santiago, Chile. His father died in a car accident while he was a child. Him and his brother were originally not living together, but he moved to Los Vilos and lived with both his brother and mother for most of his childhood. When he turned thirteen, he started a band along with his brother, called "Feeling Every Sunset". German uploaded his first YouTube video in 2011, after he was encouraged by a friend to upload the video onto YouTube. After doing so, he became more and more famous on YouTube, and was forced to quit being in the band, as he wanted to devote most of his time to making YouTube videos.[4]
Personal life
German currently lives in Los Angeles, where he moved to after living in Mexico for a while. He says his goal is to become an actor while he is living in Los Angeles.
