my old username was coolsnr4u, i said correct name is rourkela.
There is not any source but rourkela is widely used Snroy 09:45, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I also know that Rourkela is widely used, but recently I have seen many place where it is spelt Raurkela. Take this for example: http://trainenquiry.com/Arrival_Display.aspx?sel_val=ROU+&queryDisplay=RAURKELA,+ROU+&time=24&name=&code=ROU It says that the name is Raurkela. And it is a government company, so it can be a good source. —vedant (talkcontribs) 10:08, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
See this http://www.sail.co.in/plants_rourkela.asp, this is Rourkela Steel Plant's website here it is spelt rourkela and this is also a government company. Snroy 15:41, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Seems we are going round and round in circles. Isn't there some registrar where the names can be checked up? —vedant (talkcontribs) 07:50, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
See this: http://www.getty.edu/vow/TGNFullDisplay?find=Rourkela&place=&nation=&prev_page=1&english=Y&subjectid=7001585
It says that Raurkela is preferred. And it is a highly credible site. —vedant (talkcontribs) 08:05, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

It seems the article has been cleaned up. I don't see why nobody discussed it here. —vedant (talkcontribs) 15:27, 4 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
