Down for Life is the debut album by Southern Rap group D4L. The album was released on November 8, 2005 on Mike Jones' record label, Ice Age Entertainment.The album debuted at #22 in the US, selling little over 40,000 in its first week and eventually going Gold. The entire album includes production by DJ Pooh. It is widely considered one of the worst rap albums ever made. It is said some listeners spontaneously combusted while listening to Laffy Taffy
