Tarek ElGamal is an entrepreneur, who had set his career compass two and half decades ago towards contracting, construction, and real estate business. Tarek’s has undergone strategic alliances and partnerships with multinational successful players.

Redcon Construction was established in 1993, and after 15 years of success assets kept falling in the mother company’s lab & that was the main urge to establish Redcon for Real Estate Development in 2005. The newly born entity proved its stardom since that and even outshined the mother company’s.

For full integration, independence, and mobility it was time for Redcon to close the loop and own its equipment, and that was the main drive to sign a partnership with a European company with a high profile & good reputation in the field of equipment and machinery business. Heading to Europe especially Spain had ultimately crowned our success trilogy and gave birth to Redcon Spain in 2010.
