The New Classic: Reclassified is the reissue of Australian recording artist Iggy Azalea's debut album The New Classic (2014). It's set to be released in November, seven months after the original version of the album was released.[1]

Background

In April 2014, Azalea released her debut album The New Classic. Following it's release, The New Classic debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 and in the top five of several international markets.[2] It was met with mixed reviews from music critics. The album's fourth single Fancy became a breakthrough hit for Azalea peaking at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, holding the top spot for seven consecutive weeks. It went on to become the longest running number one single from a female rapper as a lead artist.[3]

On September 4, it was announced that Azalea was reissuing The New Classic with 6 new songs and shooting the new album cover.[4]
