Miracle Milly (born December 2011) is the world's smallest dog by height, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. There are claims and how a dog named Boo Boo lower than Milly.[1]

She was born in December 2011. She weighs roughly 1 pound (half a kilogram).[2] On 21 February 2013 she height is measured and she was then high 9.65 cm (3.8 in).[2] Vanesa Semler from Dorado, Puerto Rico, is a she owner.[2] Miracle Milly dethroned Boo Boo, a long-haired Chihuahua from Kentucky that stands 4 inches (10.16 centimeters) tall.[2][3]
