Renovation Rumble is an upcoming spoiler program that will pit teams from House Rules on the Seven Network against teams from The Block on the Nine Network. The program will air on Nine and will be produced in partnership by both networks.[1] Reno Rumble will air in quarter 2 of 2015 on network nine and is currently in production.[2] The series will be hosted by The Block host Scott Cam. Already critics are saying the Nine Network is regurgitating old talent - a formula that has not worked for this Network on their most current season of The Block. The program is being promoted as having "whole house reveals" and "eliminations" said by many to be a copy-cat of House Rules on rival network, Seven.

On 22 March 2015, the first advert for the series was shown on network nine and publicly announcing the contestants for the show.
