GameSpot shows and podcasts

GameSpot’s hosted a large number of shows and podcasts, all dealing with various aspects of games and gaming culture.

A significant change occurred at the end of July 2014, when a large number of employees were laid off due to a "shifting of internal resources as part of our long-term content and user engagement strategy." . This resulted in the end of GameSpot having one or more regular podcasts, which had been a long-time staple of the site. There were also multiple shows centered around live-streaming gameplay that were canceled.
