Hi I'm Suzy. I work as a volunteer at the York Castle Museum. Two diaries have been written in Pitman shorthand during the years 1917 and 1918 by an East Riding Yeomanry soldier and I am transcribing them with the end result that they will be read on-line. I have also published a book of Poems on the Great War which were written by my great grandfather, Thomas Grey. He was known as the Border Poet and I am trying to bring him back into the limelight as Berwick's War Poet. To do this I would like to create an artile on Wikipedia.
