Russell Cook is a hammered dulcimer player from Oklahoma, USA.

Russell won first place in the 1981 Walnut Valley National Hammered Dulcimer Championship held in Winfield, Kansas.

Russell has gone on to become one of the country's leading hammered dulcimer builders.
