Initial Life
Amit studied at Tribeni Tissues vidyapith, A CISCE based Co-ed school sponsored by ITC ltd and completed my 10+2 in 2003. he was a big fan of technology and always wished to learn more about any kind of machine and chemicals and all he wanted to be was a Scientist. When he first saw a computer in class four, he just became a fan of it. Now the only thing that mattered was a computer. After learning computer basics and normal packages like wordstar, and foxpro he was introduced to something called programming. This was something like a miracle to him. He was taught Gwbasic during class VI and that was the time when he knew the secret that this is the way to get into making the computer do something. He also learned many other languages including, Qbasic, c and c++. Now his plan was to be a programmer rather than a scientist. he was a programming enthusiast since the early childhood.
Journey towards the Web
His father worked at the Bhawanipore college which was also called a cyber city at that time. His father used to take him to the college while he was just in class seven and he would play online games there which he learned from those college students. He also became familiar with web and the chat system but till now he was just a user. While in class Nine, there came a web designing contest in which he was not allowed to take part as the seats were limited. This was a turning point as now he discovered that learning something called the html could help learn to make something from the internet world. Slowly as his requirements to create increased, he kept on learning each one by one and the list continues. the list contains - html5, javascript, css, css3, ajax, jquery, json, php, sql, mysql, angular.js and so on.
10 years wasted from life
when he started college, he was not happy with his college life as he couldn't take a subject that he wanted due to financial problems. The college was indeed very less populated and indeed haunted. So he started extra curricular activities. He joined National Cadet Corps and became the best cadet of his group, he also attained the annual republic day camp at New Delhi in 2007 which is one of the most prestigious camps. He was also rewarded by the hon. Governor of west Bengal on 26th february 2008. Apart from this he joined various martial arts classes, creative arts and what not, but the best part was that he excelled in almost most of them. he also worked as an insurance agent, Business associates, call center agent(both inbound and outbound as well as B to B), he sold medicines, worked at technical support, banking and finance, data entry operator, and what not. He also worked for many MLM companies. These career gave him good rise, cash and lots of trophies, memento and certificates as the heart was always with the programming.
almost 9 and a half years later, he bought a desktop, quit his job and is back again in the world that he loves the most. He tried founding an internet company iPehchan that failed miserably and is now is just an old memory fro people. After that he did not quit and is still working for another project. In the mean time he works with his freelancer friend to get some income to support his work.
