2012 FP35 is an asteroid that will pass roughly 0.22 AU (33,000,000 km; 20,000,000 mi) from Earth on September 20, 2015.[1] It came within 0.00107 AU (160,000 km; 99,000 mi) of Earth on March 26, 2012.[2]
