Mike Dailly is a Scottish game designer best known for design of the original prototype of what would later become Grand Theft Auto while a programmer at DMA Design, later Rockstar North, along with Dave Jones and brothers Sam and Dan Houser. Originally prototyped in the summer of 1995 Dailly worked with colleagues Dave Jones, Russell Kay, and Steve Hammond.[1]
