A prescription, as it is commonly known, is an order form by a doctor of GP which is given to a pharmacist who hands it over to the medical dispenser who gathers the correct treatment for a doctors patient weither it be cream, capsules, tablets or medicine. A prescription is given to someone of any age and the formal name for this is a Medical Prescription.
