As its name would confuse readers, and created the impression that the article is an indication of what to do, the instructions - the name was changed. The content of the article has changed substantially. This article is not an instruction (and was not it). It includes the description of a complex technical device, its operation principle, the classification, the description of problems in its application with modern way to solve them - and nothing else. If readers have comments or suggestions - please, write it to consider them and to improve the article.
