Angel Kanchev Angelov (Ангел Кънчев Ангелов) (1850-1872) was a Bulgarian revolutionary, born in Tryavna.

Kanchev studied in Serbia and the Czech Republic. In 1868 he participated in the Second Bulgarian League in Belgrade. While attempting to enter Romania, he killed himself so as to avoid capture by the Ottomans. A monument of Mr. Kanchev now stand in Rousse, Bulgaria near the location of his death. He is further honored by being the namesake of "Angel Kanchev" University of Rousse, as well as numerous streets around Bulgaria.
