Josh Segarra (born on June 3, 1986) is an American actor who plays Chicago police officer Billy Cepeda on the USA Network comedy Sirens.[1] Segarra is from Longwood, Florida, and is of Puerto Rican descent.[2][3] He speaks English and Spanish.
Segarra played Hector Ruiz, Jessica Ruiz's (P-Star) older brother, on the 2009–11 television show The Electric Company.[4][5] In 2011, he starred as Mick in the Broadway musical Lysistrata Jones.[2] He then went on to perform as Boland, one of the Marines in Pasek and Paul's 2012 musical Dogfight, based on the 1991 film of the same name.
