HMS Orpheus (N46) was an O-class submarine of the Royal Navy. She was laid down by William Beardmore and Company on the Clyde on the 14th April 1927, launched on 26th February 1929 and commissioned on 23rd September 1930.

Orpheus was depth charged and sunk by the Italian destroyer Turbine in the Mediterranean sea while on patrol north of Tobruk on the 27th June 1940.
