Souvik Gupta known as "Savvy" is an Indian music director whose songs have been featured in Bengali movies.[1] [2] [3]
Career
He used to play keyboards and sing for Kolkata based rock band Insomnia and Crystal Grass.[4][5] He started his journey as a film composer in the year 2012 with the film Khokababu's song “Khoka Chalu Cheez” sung by bengal’s superstar Dev (actor).He was the composer for the theme song of the first ever Kolkata fashion week. [6] [7][8] He is working with Kolkata based production houses like Shree Venkatesh Films, Eskay Movies and others.
