Hi Seekhle

I think the question has scrolled off.

Satellite navigation frequency allocations are 149.9-150.05, 399.9-400.05, 1215-1240 and 1559-1610 MHz. Transmitting in these bands will not be legal without a license in Europe. ISM bands may be usable, 59-64GHz is probably free to use too.
