Gunti Uma Shanker who popularly known as UD GUNTI. who been keen in research of innovative and social ideas, to contribute peace to this universe. He Working day and night to make changes in conventional practices in civil engineering technology.
He had his education from Hyderabad.Initially with his Diploma in civil engineering from JN GOVT POLYTECHNIC Ramanthapur with First Class With Distinction. After which he done Civil Engineering from CVSR College Of Engineering, JNTUH with First Class With Distinction.
He been working on Development of a Special character theory know by –צ–
