Rubberneck Équipe Sportif is a sports club established for alumni of the Ergophobia decathlon series of events to further their sporting ambitions.

Membership

Criteria for full membership is completion of an Ergophobia decathlon. Associate membership may be awarded to athletes at the discretion of the committee; an associate member can compete for the club and attend social events. They can earn provisional caps but they will not be awarded full membership or caps until an Ergophobia decathlon is completed.

Participation

Members can represent Rubbernecks Racing in any organised sporting activities they do. More emphasis is placed on the difficulty of the event than on the time recorded - a slow time in a multiday ultra-marathon would be regarded more highly that a fast time in a 5K race for example.
Representing the club is defined as either:
1. Competing in an event with the club name being published in the event's official results.
2. Competing in official team kit.

An official club event is where three or more club full members enter an event. The decathlon itself is also classed as an official event. A key objective of the club is for at least one official club event per annum to be attended by a large group of Rubbernecks to test their sporting limits, catch up with good friends and drink tonic wines.

Caps

Each time a Rubberneck represents the club in an official sporting event they will be awarded one Cap.
