Sitha Investments was a estate agency owned and founded by South African anti-Apartheid activist and communist, Walter Sisulu.

Sitha Investments was situated at Barclay Arcade on the corner of West Street and Commissioner Street in the business district of Johannesburg.

Sitha Investments enabled blacks and Indians to buy houses in Apartheid South Africa.

Sitha was one of the only black-owned estate agencies in South Africa at the time of its operating.
