Loomhighs name origon is based off of the pokemon breloom[2], the part loom referres directly to breloom and also referred to the definition of loom as towering over. The high referee to breloom mushroom structure and the hallucination drug 'magic mushrooms' as getting 'high'.
The 223555 was originally 123555. The 555 comes from the online game, runescape where this user first made an account as agent123555. Many years later, with an occupying name of mudkip123555, the name changed to loomhigh and eventually, the 223 was added as it spelled ace on a buttoned phone like a t95.
