copyright status

I've removed the statement that the film is currently in the Public Domain, as the US Copyright Office lists the film as having it's US rights restored (see document dated 22/Aug/1997). Davepattern 17:21, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Film Poster

I noticed the film poster shows Gordon Parker not Harker. Are there any interesting details about this? Did the actor use Parker sometimes? Did the error lead to any changes in entertainment law or contracts?
