Cedric Maridet

Cedric Maridet, born in France, is an artist, theorist and researcher. He received the PhD in Media Art in 2009 at the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong.[1] His art has been featured internationally.[2] He was awarded the Prize of Excellence at the Hong Kong Art Biennial 2005.[3] He has participated in an variety of art activities, including Asia Art Archive, Mamori ArtLab, and public talks on listening theories and the aesthetics of sound.
