Snowspeed is a team of Norwegian designers and speed enthusiasts who has invented a gravity powered snow sledge in order to beat the world speed record.[1]

The team has produced three sledge prototypes to date, namely a full-size model, a 25% clay model, and a 50% model designed for testing in the wind tunnel at [Toyota Motorsport GmbH] - TMG. Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).

The current speed record is held by [Guy Martin], who achieved 134.36km/h (83.49mph) in 2014. [2]
