G.E.C.B - Granit's Enhanced Calories Burn is a methodology based on philosophy of "a lot of little actions". The idea of the GECB is to enhance calories burn rate without any special effort, at all ages no matter which physiology a person may have. A person that adopts the GECB methodology will improve its health and well being within a few months! All is needed is to adopt a discipline in which on hourly basis every person is committing to perform few minutes of workout. it could be done in any environment such as an office, road side, outdoors or at your private home. All that matter is that during person regular day on an hourly basis, a person find a few minutes to "stretch-out" and perform several physical maneuvers of his choice. Consistency must be applied otherwise results may not be shown. On a weekly basis one can accumulate a significant change in calories burn rate and so, without any change to its regular diet, fitness may be easily achieved. No sweat and no loss of precious time. Further, adopting even stricter rule of drinking a glass of water (not exceeding 250 ml) after the hourly workout can reduce hunger feelings and help general hydration. The aforesaid rule is recommended to whoever is working in heavily "air-conditioned" closed spaces as people of all ages tend to dehydration as the cool dry air tend to subdue the dehydration natural body symptoms. The methodology name derived from the methodology deliberator Kfir Granit.
