Doctor Who is a Science Fiction BBC series running on BBC One and BBC Three. The television series started in 1963 with the first doctor.
A television movie was made and then in 2005 the new series began and is still running up to now.

The Doctors

The new series has had two doctors, David Tennant and Christopher Eccleston. Eccleston played the 9th doctor in 2005. He regenerated into tennant in the 2005 finale. Tennant plays the 10th doctor in the 2007 series and played the doctor in the 2006 episodes and the 2005 episode, The Christmas Invasion.
