Dawn of Gods is a free to play real-time strategy mobile game developed by U9 Time and published by Aeria Games [2] Dawn of Gods official commercial release for iOS platforms and Google Play for Android was on February 18, 2016.[3]

Gameplay

Dawn of gods is an online multi-player game in which players build and defend their base. Players can summon more than 150 Gods from ancient Greek, Egyptian and Norse mythology to help them level up.[4] Players can also form and join alliances, participate in PvP gameplay, choose from six different game modes and contribute in PvP contests.[5]

Gods

The Gods are the most powerful fighters of a player's army. Gods defend players bases when they are inactive, and are the strongest fighters while raiding other bases. Hercules is the first god ever player receives. Afterwards, players need to summon new gods, which can be done via a Divine Altar.

Quests

Quests are objectives that can be completed for rewards. There are different types of tasks that can be done to get closer to certain achievements.

Game Features

Dawn of Gods has the following features:

  • The ability to summon and upgrade more than 150 ancient gods.
  • Forming alliances in PVE and gaining resources to expand empire.
  • Choice of six different battle modes.
  • Harnessing the power of the gods to defeat players in PVP combat.[6]

Critical Reception

Dawn of Gods has been compared to Clash of Clans, as they are both base building mobile RTS apps. However, Dawn of Gods has been uniquely identified from other real-time strategy games for having '150 different mythical gods that you can summon to do your bidding.'[7]

Appstore Users have rated Dawn of Gods a 4.5/5[8] .
