Jessica Cruz is a fictional comicbook superhero published by DC Comics. Created by Geoff Johns, she is a member of the Green Lantern Corps and a member of the Justice League.

Fictional character biography
Early life
Jessica is introduced in Green Lantern #20, where she briefly cameoed being trained by Simon Baz. Her first full appearence is in Justice League #30, where she's seen running away from the Ring of Volthoom, who has chosen her to be his new wearer. She becomes the new Power Ring and is traked down by both the Justice League and the Doom Patrol. Because of her fear, the ring is able hold both teams off, until Batman calms her down and silences Volthoom inside the ring. She is then invited into the Justice League.
During the Amazo Virus, she one of the few members of the League who is infected, but cured by the end of the event. To help her understand how to control the ring, the Flash invites Hal Jordon to train her.
