Editing fluoride articles with textbook citations[edit]

One area where Wikipedia needs help is with references to the top dental textbooks - what are dental students being taught? Recall that articles on medical topics require support by high quality reviews and books, per WP:MEDRS. Wikipedia's fluoride articles are well referenced to reviews, but we have no sources that rely on the gold-standard textbooks in dental health. Fluoride is a topic that is subject to much conspiracy theorizing, and textbook references are one method for calming that noise. --Smokefoot (talk) 14:34, 11 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Smokefoot: I agree. Many of our oral health medical articles could benefit from gold-standard dental textbooks. That's the reason I'm thrilled that the group was formed at Dundee. Sydney Poore/FloNight♥♥♥♥ 22:48, 21 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
