Pandanus vandermeeschii is a species of plant in the Pandanaceae family. It is endemic to Mauritius.

It can be distinguished from the several other species of Pandanus on Mauritius, by its grey-green leaves and its pointed seeds.

It is threatened by habitat loss. Its natural habitat is the palm rich forests, where it grows together with Pandanus utilis (a species which can be distinguished by its whorled darker green leaves).
