Template:Linkless-dateThe .400 Corbon is a relatively recently developed pistol cartridge. It is essentially a .45 ACP that has been necked down to .40 caliber. This round can be fired in nearly any pistol that can fire the .45 ACP round with only a drop in barrel replacement. The .400 Corbon was created by Corbon to mimic the ballistics of the powerful 10mm Auto cartridge without the need to change the breech face.
