Ariadne is a January 2017 low barometric weather phenomenon in Hellas.[1]

Ariadne came to Hellas from Siberia and it also affected the Balkans and Eastern Europe.[2]

The phenomenon was named Ariadne by the Hellenic Observatory of Athens as it caused and as of 7 January 2017 is also expected to further cause weather patterns that are unheard of in Hellenic history.[3]
