Kevin Franklin, Professor and Senior Advisor, directed the Urban Scholars Minority Outreach Program in California. Franklin is a co-founder of Project Discover and the T.E.A.M.S Program. In recognition for his work in education he has received a number of awards. Franklin currently advises and consults on issues of leadership and policy internationally.
