Paula Andrea Betancur Arroyave (Born in Medellin , 1 June 1972 ) is a former beauty queen and model paisley.[1] Paula Andrea represented the department of Amazonas in the National Beauty Contest 1992 and was elected Miss Colombia 1992 . The following year she represented Colombia in Miss Universe 1993 held in Mexico, from the start of the contest was a favorite with Milka Chulina (Miss Venezuela) to the universal crown in the contest got the highest score in costume gala that year, he obtained the place of Universal Virreina 1993–1994 . Biography
