Hastings College of Arts and Technology (HCAT), is a further education college based in Hastings, East Sussex.

The colleges main site is based in St Leonards, and has two smaller sites based in nearby Battle and Rye. The college works with local secondary schools to provide vocational courses for year 10 and 11 students, the college also works in partnership with Pestalozzi Village in Sedlescombe to offer the International Baccalaureate.

The construction of the Station Plaza and new buildings in Ore Valley means that the college will be moving to other site in Hastings, the construction of the new college site is part of a regeneration scheme in Hastings. Construction is due to begin in July 2007 and should be completed by September 2009.
