He is the Founder of Revvx Hardware/IOT Accelerator which runs the Indian Industry Forum, NASSCOM's IOT Accelerator and Corporate Innovation Programs. Under Revvx, Avinash has pioneered Indian Hardware and Maker Ecosystem into building IOT Solutions and Gadgets. With access to Manufacturing factories in China/Taiwan, Distributors and Retail Buyers in US/Asia and Innovation labs of Fortune 500 Corporates, Revvx runs Hardware Accelerator Programs for Startups.
Having build the 'Build' ecosystem, Avinash has now rolled out a Boutique Retail Chain for Gadgets and IOT Products called the 'Airflash' for Brands to directly reach out to a wider audience through Popup Retail Stores.
Avinash is an Advisor at several International Accelerators and VC Firms such as Italy based Foodtech Accelerator, Lisbon based Portugal Ventures, N15 Korean Accelerator and US based Innoventure Partners.
As a Go-To Market Specialist for innovative product companies to enter new markets or explore distribution and Retail, Avinash is passionate about disruptive innovations especially in the Smart Hardware / Connected Things space. He is an expert in driving commercialization of Innovation and access to market for disruptive technologies in Consumer Electronics, IOT, Wearables, AR/VR, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, M2M, Synthetic Biology, IOT, Blockchain etc by pairing products with the channels that popularize them.
Avinash holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
Avinash was previously with Tata Innovation, PricewaterHouseCoopers and Headed World Bank IFC's ICT Incubation Center in Africa for incubating Africa Startups from Cape to Cairo. As a Tech Geek, Avinash worked for Verizon in USA during the dot com era.
