Trey Kelley is an American politician and lawyer. He serves as a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives from House District 16, covering much of Bartow, Haralson, and Polk Counties.[1]

Kelley was first elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2012 after beating a Democratic incumbent.[2]

He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee as well as serving on the Code Revision Committee; Energy, Utilities, & Telecommunications Committee; Health & Human Services Committee; Higher Education Committee; Judiciary Committee; and is an Ex-Officio member of the Appropriate Committee.[3]
