The definition of the ENR given in this article is an approximation, that is wrong on a pure theory aspect, and can introduce significant measurement errors if the ENR is lower than approx. 15dB. One exact definition can be, at ~300K : ENR(dB) = 10*log [(10^(PSD_dBm/Hz/10)-10^(-174/10))/10^(-174/10)]

Couldn't figure out what conjugated meant in conjugated noise source.
